I am...
... committed to service. As someone educated in Jesuit and Catholic institutions, servant leadership became a cornerstone of my professional and personal life. As a college educator, I am devoted to the service of my students and university community. At Missouri Southern, I have served as the Head Coach and Program Coordinator for the University’s Intercollegiate Mock Trial Program, the University’s designated Law School Admissions Council’s Prelaw Advisor, and as a member of and Parliamentarian for the Faculty Senate. I am an active member of the University’s LGBTQ+ Safe Zone allyship program and worked to advocate for students of diverse backgrounds and educational needs at the University.
At Washington State University, I have served as President of the School of Politics, Philosophy, and Public Affairs Graduate Student Association (2014-2017), a graduate student representative on the Faculty Senate's Research and Arts Committee (2014-2017), and the University's Coordinated Community Response Team (2014-2016). In addition to my University Service, I been an active part of the APSA Sexuality and Politics Section, including serving as the Section’s Graduate Student Representative (2018-2020).
